Eligibility: This program is open to all individuals.
Referral Reward: For each eligible referral that results in a new customer for Bayzat, the referring individual will receive a reward of 15% revenue split/commissions up to $10,000. A “new customer” is defined as a business entity that has not previously engaged with Bayzat’s services or products.
EXCLUSIONS:
Existing Customers: Referrals that are already Bayzat customers at the time of the referral will not be considered eligible for the program.
Active Sales Pipeline: Referrals currently in touch with our sales team or present in our sales team’s active pipeline are not eligible.
Marketing Leads: Referrals that have already been identified through Bayzat’s marketing efforts and have come in as a marketing lead are not eligible.
Referral Submission: Participants must submit referrals through the designated referral form available on the program’s landing page. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may not be eligible for rewards.
Verification Process: Each referral will undergo a verification process to ensure compliance with the program’s terms and conditions. Bayzat reserves the right to reject any referral that does not meet the eligibility criteria.
Exclusion of Self-Referral for Decision Makers: Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, individuals who are directly involved in the decision-making process related to the procurement, selection, or management of software or services for their employer are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program ("Program") by referring their own organization ("Employer") as a potential customer for Bayzat's products or services. This exclusion applies, but is not limited to, employees who have the authority to make procurement decisions, influence the procurement process, or otherwise play a significant role in the determination or approval of suppliers and service providers for their Employer. The intent of this clause is to ensure the integrity of the Referral Program by preventing conflicts of interest and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and ethical business practices. Violation of this provision may result in disqualification from the Program and the forfeiture of any rewards or benefits that may have been earned as a result of such a referral.
Terms And Conditions
Participation in this program is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Payment of Rewards: You will be eligible for the reward following the confirmation that the referred customer has made their first purchase or signed up for a service with Bayzat. Rewards will be paid out post-payment of the referred customer.
Confidentiality: Participants agree not to disclose or use any confidential information regarding Bayzat’s business operations, strategies, or customers, except in the course of participating in the Referral Program.
Limitation of Liability: Bayzat shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Referral Program, except to the extent of paying the promised rewards for eligible referrals.
Changes to the Program: Bayzat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice, including changes to the reward amount, eligibility criteria, or terms and conditions.
Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participants are responsible for ensuring their referrals are aware of these terms.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bayzat operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Participation in this program is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: This program is open to all individuals, except employees of Bayzat and their immediate family members. Participants must be of legal age in their respective country of residence. Please note that the new customer deal size should be above AED 5,000.
