Most people functions are still running modern ambitions through outdated operating models. Programme after programme gets launched, measured by adoption, then forgotten by Tuesday. The dashboards look fine, but nothing really changes about what it actually feels like to work there.

I call this the Experience Leak. The silent drain of value, loyalty, talent and revenue that happens when you design for process and accidentally design against experience. It's costing organisations more than they realise, and the fix isn't another programme.

In this session I'll show you what changes when you stop thinking about work as a contract and start thinking about it as a subscription your people are choosing to renew every day. You'll leave with tools you can use tomorrow morning.

The broken model is HR continuing to do the same things better - even when the thing itself is the problem.

Processes, policies, programmes, service delivery. That approach worked when HR was primarily a transactional function. It does not work when the goal is to build a company people genuinely want to be part of.
