The world of work is changing. Millennials make up more than 50% of the UAE workforce, bringing with them new attitudes, expectations and behaviors that are reshaping the workplace. As a result, attracting and retaining the best people is becoming a greater challenge.

According to the management consultant firm McKinsey, “The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the world, and its effects will last. The great acceleration in the use of technology, digitization, and new forms of working is going to be sustained.”

The employee experience has become one of the main drivers of work satisfaction - in some cases even more than job security - and it’s all being steered by technology. 93% of employees cite up-to-date technology as one of the most important aspects of a workplace. They also say that mobile access helps them access the information they need (62%), resolve issues quickly (55%) and get work done (46%).
