Talal Bayaa - CEO and Co-founder of Bayzat
Talal Bayaa is the CEO and co-founder of Bayzat, a UAE based technology start-up that empowers businesses with smart insurance, HR and payroll solutions.
As Chief Executive Officer, Talal is responsible for providing the vision, overall leadership and strategic management for the company as well as ensuring the highest quality of the services provided.
Talal studied bioengineering at the University of California, Los Angeles, USA. He is a CFA Charter holder as well as finance, investment, and banking expert.
During his free time, Talal enjoys being outdoors and travelling.
ABOUT DMITRY
Dmitry Poleshchuk, Senior Product Manager
Dmitry is the Senior Product Manager at Bayzat, a Dubai-based HR, payroll, and employee benefits platform. He leads Bayzat AI, a productivity tool that uses AI to enhance employee efficiency.
Prior to Bayzat, Dmitry managed product development and IT projects at Cargomart and SIBUR Holding.
He holds dual Master’s degrees in Economics and Nuclear Physics from the National Research Nuclear University, Moscow, and is skilled in product strategy, AI technologies, and data analysis.
